if what's best for me is what you want...
then there's nothing for me to fear
for you know the things that i cherish most...
and you know the things that i need.

you can take those fancy things i own
that can make a person smile
you can take everything that i have
even those that are in style.

but there is just one thing
that i would ask you to leave
for he means so much more than i could explain
that if i could have one wish from you
